Cycle Haven began in 2019 with a simple goal: make bicycle servicing easier to understand and easier to plan around. Every bicycle starts with an intake and mechanical inspection so the work can be discussed clearly.
We separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance, confirm compatibility before ordering parts, and quote replacement items separately. That approach helps keep the service practical and transparent.
Customers come to us for general servicing, repair coordination, and collection notes that summarize what was completed. The result is a workshop experience that stays focused on the bicycle and the work it needs.
